He was predeceased by: his parent Kathleen Browning (Sharon Stiefel); and his son Chris Riggs. He is survived by: his children, Katrina Stiefel of Christopher, IL and Jason Stiefel (Melissa) of Texico, IL; his stepson Rodger Riggs (Rose) of Wheeling, IL; and his sister Sara. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, one great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
