Butch Shehorn Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 26, 2022, at the age of 76, Butch Shehorn of Texico, Illinois, born in Nason, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Shehorn and Sarah Shehorn (Carlton); his son Wes Shehorn Sr.; his grandson Wes Shehorn Jr.; and his brother Neal Shehorn.
He is survived by: his wife Francine Shehorn (Lowery); his children, Vince Shehorn (Judy) of Mount Vernon, Jasen Shehorn of Texico and Shawn Crunk (Lee Ann) of Texico; his daughter-in-law Kim Shehorn; his sisters, Theresa Yanez (Roy) and Madlyn Bradford (Sonny); his cousin Roger Ellis (Jan) of Marion; and his siblings-in-law, Charles William Lowery Jr., Gale Lowery and Diane Shehorn. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made in Butch's honor to Jefferson County Animal Shelter or American Legion Post 141.
