He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Claude, Frances Overstreet, Sally, Vince Moreno and Samuel C. Lopez; and his pet Angel.
He is survived by: his parents, George Lopez and Claudene Lopez (Overstreet); and his siblings, Dagny Lopez of Richmond, Samantha Lopez of New Albany, Georgette Helpingstine (Ryan) of Texico, IL, Schuy Okraj and Joe Ginestri. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made in Tony's honor to The Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation or any local animal rescue organizations, and will be received at the service.
