She is survived by: her daughter Dianne Miller (Richard) of Effingham, Illinois.; her grandchildren, Justin Elmore of Effingham, Illinois, Jordan Elmore (Megan) of Teutopolis, Illinois and Korey Miller of Effingham; her great grandchild Camden Elmore; and her siblings, Larry Perkins (Debbie) of Greenup, Illinois, Robert Perkins of Decatur, Illinois and Wanda Durbin of Effingham, Illinois..
