With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Luella C. Buscher of Teutopolis, Illinois, born in Effingham, Illinois, who passed away on November 1, 2022 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Aloysius Repking and Josephine Repking (Dust); her husband Louis Herman Buscher; her son Thomas; her great grandchild Holly Lidy; her siblings, Vernon "Mike" Repking, Louis Repking (Doris), Louise Deters (Jim), Lorraine Zerrusen (Jim) and Sister Ruth Ann Repking; and her siblings-in-law, Florence Westendorf (Bernard), Lucille Pruemer (Henry), Martha Pruemer (William), Celeste Pruemer (John) and Joseph Buscher.
She is survived by: her children, Gary (Kathy) of Teutopolis, Alan (Marilyn) of Teutopolis, Linda Lidy (Tom) of Island Grove and Karen Rubsam (John) of Carlyle; her grandchildren, Mitchell, Michael, Alicia, Anita, Bob, Maria, Tina, Susan, Nancy, Ryan, Kari and Andy; her sisters, Betty Pals (Tom) of Effingham, Mary Jane Bierman (Joe) of Newton, Wilma Beckman (Joe) of Teutopolis, Evelyn Probst (Ronald) of Effingham, Bernice Lohman (Norbert) of Teutopolis and Margie Asbury (John) of St. Louis, MO; and her sisters-in-law, Betty Buscher of Teutopolis and Pauline Repking of Effingham. She is also survived by twenty-seven great-grandchildren.
