He is survived by: his wife Pat (Hardiek); his siblings, Jim "Red" Weis, Mary Catherine "Kate" Schmidt of Teutopolis and Anne Weis of Teutopolis; his stepsons, Gary Meyers (Terri) of Effingham and Jeff Meyers (Sherri) of Effingham; and his nieces and nephews, Kurt Schmidt (Betty), Mike Schmidt (Brenda), Steve Schmidt (Cathy), LeeAnn Cook (Jay) and Kay Schmidt. He is also survived by 7 step-grandchildren.
