He was predeceased by: his daughter-in-law Lenora Rose Kinkelaar; his parents-in-law, Andrew and Philomena Kinkelaar; his brothers, Joseph Runde (Betty), Herman Runde (Luella), Paul Runde (Marian) and Bill Runde (Ellen); and his brothers-in-law, Leonard Kinkelaar (Jeane), Jim Kinkelaar, Wilbert Kinkelaar and Ron Brown.

He is survived by: his children, Tina Niemerg (Mike), Terri Hille (Paul), Lori Wendt (Don), Greg Runde (Pam) and Mark Runde (Lora); his sister Mary Angela Runde; and his siblings-in-law, Paul Kinkelaar (Judy), Jean Kinkelaar (Janice), Dan Kinkelaar (Eileen), Betty Brown and Pat Kinkelaar. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren.

Memorial donations may be given to the charity of the donor's choice.
