He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Heuerman and Frances Heuerman (Kenter); his siblings, Joe Heuerman, Melvin Heuerman, Kenneth Heuerman (Mary), Harold Jurgens and Carol Ann Hartke (John); and his brother-in-law Richard Cornell.
He is survived by: his wife Carol A. Niemeyer of Teutopolis; his children, LeAnn Heiden (Rich) of Altamont, Dave (Cheryl) of Teutopolis and Lisa Jansen (Andy) of Neoga; his grandchildren, Jill Wolff (Zachary), Jodi Frost (Curt), Jenna Tedrick (Adam), Justin Heiden (Samantha Morrison), Jamie Burton (John), Kelly Arrotti (John), Lee Jansen, Eric Jansen, Kristen Snyder (Aaron), Kyle Heuerman (Jill), Courtney Voigts (Michael), Tara Heuerman and Lauren Heuerman; his siblings, Barb Cornell of Teutopolis, Jeanne Hoene (Joe) of Sigel and Rita Kemme (Maurice) of Effingham; and his sister-in-law Shirley Heuerman of Effingham. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be given to Land of Lincoln Honor Flight, Visiting Angels, WhooHoo Sisterhood or Meals on Wheels.
