She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Rowan and Flora Rowan; her husband Carl D. Wagner; her brothers, Robert and Charles Rowan; and her stepdaughter Carolyn Dardeen.
She is survived by: her son Joe Wagner (Donna) of Teutopolis; her stepson Delbert Wagner (Barb) of Wisconsin; her grandsons, Adam Wagner (Morgan) of Teutopolis and Brett Wagner of Pekin; and her siblings, Muriel Farthing, Norma O'Brien of Marion, Dorothy Carter of Effingham, Linda Schumacher (Dave) of Sigel and Don Rowan of Marion. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
