He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolph Will and Florence Will (Heuerman); his in-laws, Joseph and Alice Hartke; his siblings, Mardell Buenker, Vera Kroeger and Alfie Will; and his siblings-in-law, Donald Buenker, Jim Kroeger, Ralph Wendt and Anita Will.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Hartke; his daughters, Jennifer Westendorf (Leon) of Effingham and Jody Thoele (Brad) of Bloomington, IL; his grandchildren, Reagan, Collin Westendorf, Kaelyn, Brennan and Lena Thoele; his siblings, Roger Will (Ruth), Maurice Will, Arlene "Toots" Flood (Dan), Alice Hendrix (John), Rita Wendt, Curt Will (Tracy) and Annette Niemerg (Duane); and his in-laws, Dolores Will, Rodney Hartke (Sandy) and Diane Buening (Charlie).
