She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Martin and Ethel Nelson Martin; her sons, Kent Smith and Rod Smith; her daughter-in-law Debbie Smith; and her siblings, Kerman Martin, Marion Martin and Dollie Stacker.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Michael Smith (Michelle Hinterscher) and Jennifer Smith; and her great grandchildren, Rylan Hynek, Emilrigh Hynek and Ivey Annalyn Smith.
