It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Mathis of Tennessee, Illinois, born in Parma, Missouri, who passed away on December 6, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Delton Tucker and Lottie Irene Patterson Tucker; and her brother Doyle Tucker. She is survived by: her husband Charles Edward "Charlie" Mathis of Henderson; her sons, Chad Mathis of Henderson and Eric Mathis (Alexsandra) of Brownsville, TX; her grandchildren, Erika Mathis, Kennedy Mathis, McKenna Mathis, Ashley Mathis and Kerilyn Mathis; her great grandchild Dakota Mathis; her sisters, Peggy Jean Rice of Henderson and Margaret Locke of Bethel Springs; and her sister-in-law Sandra Tucker of Bethel Springs.
