It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brenda Voigts (Tennessee, Illinois), born in Streator, Illinois, who passed away on April 15, 2020, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Marion Johnson of Ancona and Karen Johnson (Parcher) of Long Point; her grandchildren, Aubrey Voigts of Panama City, FL, Sarah Voigts (Divine Stenson) of Flanagan, Matthew Voigts (Amanda) of Aledo and Christopher Voigts (Katie) of Flanagan; her siblings, Julie Durdan (Jon) of Ancona, Donna Essington (Dave) of Dwight, Andrea Dye (Chris) of Wenona, Brad Johnson (Bonnie) of Long Point and Coty Johnson of Long Point; her friend Edward Hill of Flanagan; her aunts, Dorothy McDermaid (Mac) of Streator, Judy Berry of Streator and Joyce Parcher of Streator; her uncle Jim Parcher of Streator; and her great-aunts, Theresa Redfern of Streator and Rosemary Johnson of Long Point. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made in her name to either the Long Point Volunteer Fire Department or the Flanagan Fire Department.
