Rada of Bloomington, IL; his siblings, Michael France (Janet) of Wanesville, MO, Stephanie O'Bryan (John) of Taylorville, IL, Lisa Moses (Jim Jones) of Taylorville, IL and Robert France (John Madera) of Norwalk, CT; his stepfather Robert McKinnon of Taylorville, IL; his siblings-in-law, Terri France of Taylorville, IL and Randy Swiney; and his stepsiblings, Marsha Martynowski (Paul) of Taylorville, Donna Miller of Edinburg and Robert McKinnon of Riverton. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Bill's honor may be made to the Christian County Senior Citizen's Center.
