She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Edward, Virginia Lukach, Norman and Sadie Zeiter; her niece Sierra Droke; her uncle Charlie Howard; and her aunt Delores Davis.
She is survived by: her parents, Frank Lukach and Phyllis Lukach (Zeiter) of Taylorville, IL; her siblings, Myra Duby, Bobbi Droke (Larison), Rik Duby, Mark Duby and David Scott Duby; her aunts, Doris Cunitz, Donna Dance, Nancy Beard and Donna Benton; and her uncle Norman Zeiter (Gloria). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
