She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward H. Lyons and Betty L. Jackson; her siblings, Billy Tannahill, Stella and Jeannie; and her stepmother Marybell Lyons.
She is survived by: her husband Russell W. Beard of Taylorville, IL; her sons, Tony, Tommy and Timmy Blessent; and her stepchildren, Lisa Behrend and Brian Beard. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
