It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Thomas Leroy Lowry of Taylorville, Illinois, born in Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on November 14, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas O. Lowry and Dorothy I. Lowry (Challacombe). He is survived by: his wife Frances Lowry of Taylorville; his children, Cheryl Ashburn (Jeff) of Taylorville and Jerry Lowry (Diane) of Taylorville; his grandchildren, Joel Ashburn of Blue Mound, Anna and Jillian Lowry of Taylorville; and his sister Gloria Jean Cameron of Clinton.
