He was predeceased by: his parents, Alonzo Warren and Jesse Warren (Taulbee); his wife Linda Sue Perry; and his siblings, Mildred Pagliai, Majorie Colgrove, Betty Cook, Rosemary Stephens, Donald Warren, Lawrence Warren and Harold Warren.
He is survived by: his children, Kristy Harvell (Jerry) of Taylorville, IL and Thomas Warren Jr. (Theresa) of Chino Hills, CA; his grandchildren, Cheryl Casad of Edinburg, IL, Jennifer Ketchum (Nick) of Athens, IL and Daniel Warren of Peoria, IL; his great grandchildren, Gavin and Kyson Ketchum of Athens, IL; and his grandchildren, Christian, Domanic, Kynslee, Layklynn Leach of Edinburg, IL and Zayden McDowell of Edinburg, IL..
