It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Bruce of Taylorville, Illinois, born in Eldorado, Illinois, who passed away on November 6, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas C. Bruce and Lorene Bruce (Fowler); and his stepfather Hugh Downen. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Allen Kramer; his sons, Keith Bruce (Kim) of London, England, Eric Bruce (Melanie) of Grayslake, IL and Dr. Michael Bruce (Nikki) of Rochester, IL; his stepsons, Michael Kramer (Andrea) of Dallas, GA, William Kramer (Becky) of Palmer, IL and Matthew Kramer of Teutopolis, IL; and his siblings, H. Leonard Bruce (Darlene) of Marion, IL and Mary Ann Schutt of Sedona, AZ. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 8 step-grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
