She is survived by: her husband Amos L. Simmons; her sons, Tim L. Simmons of Libertyville, KY, Raymond C. Simmons of Taylorville, IL, Jerry L. Simmons of Taylorville, IL and Wilbur P. Simmons of Taylorville, IL; her grandchildren, Timmy, Joshua and Christina Simmons; and her brother Robert Lazenby (Ruth) of Jerseyville, IL. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
