He was predeceased by: his father Waldo VanDoren; his wife Ella Pearl Forbes; his son Ronald VanDoren; and his son-in-law Tim Hobbs. He is survived by: his children, Martin VanDoren (Sandra) of Mattoon, IL, Richard VanDoren (Christy) of Herrin, IL, Gayle Hobbs of Taylorville, IL, Laurie Michel (Ray) of Crossville, TN and Mike VanDoren of Pana, IL. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren and sister.
