He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherman Daniels and Beatrice "Bea" Daniels (Rosenberger); his close friend Candace Leonard; his daughter Kimberly Daniels; and his siblings, Robert, John Daniels and Lily Daniels.
He is survived by: his children, Kevin Daniels (Tracy) of Mahomet, Beverly Chitwood (Max) of Taylorville, Chris Daniels (Maggie) of Chatham, Brittany Samson (Aaron) of Taylorville and Jesse Daniels (Amber) of Taylorville; his grandchildren, Jackson, Theo, Caleb, Kailey, Erietta, Isabella, Evelyn, Oliver, Ashley, Hannah, Kallie, Chelsea, Courtney, Alanna, Kylie and Gage; and his sisters, Carol Brown of Champaign and Janie Daniels of Pana. He is also survived by several great grandchildren; great grandson.
