He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Randall and Ruby Randall (Dunn). He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Randall of Taylorville, IL; and his stepson Carl Poeschel (Michelle) of Springfield, IL..
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Sutton Memorial (327 N Clay St, Taylorville, IL 62568). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials in Richard's honor may be made to Fur Love or to the Elks Kids Care Corporation.
