We are sad to announce that on June 24, 2021, at the age of 71, Rebecca Simes of Taylorville, Illinois, born in Paris, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Foster Simes and Myrtle Simes (Drake); and her sister Sandra Johnston. She is survived by: her brother David Simes (Rose) of Taylorville; and her nieces and nephews, Marisa Rodden (Brad) of Taylorville, Rachel Simes of Taylorville, Tess Faust of Louisville, KY and Shane Johnston of Frankfort, KY. She is also survived by several great nieces, great nephews, and cousins.
