She is survived by: her parents, Dianna Borkhardt Sims of Taylorville and Wes Huddlestun of Lincoln; her children, Christopher Erwin (Nikki) of Taylorville, TJ Forrest (Rachel) of Taylorville and Tisha Sheppard (Tyler) of Taylorville; her grandchildren, Kaylee Campbell of Taylorville, Kendra Erwin of Taylorville, Jacob Campbell of Taylorville, Lawrence Erwin (Boo) of Taylorville and Keagen Erwin of Taylorville; and her siblings, Marion Erwin (Kim) of Atwood, Tony Erwin of Arcola, Roy Sims Jr. of Kentucky, Jim Huddlestun of Lincoln, Shelia Winebarger (Sims) of Kentucky and Regina Fugate of Kentucky.
