It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ralph Calvert (Taylorville, Illinois), who passed away on March 30, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund Calvert and Nellie Calvert (Childers); his spouse Velma Ruth Stone; his daughter Vicki Calvert; and his siblings, Les, Cecil, George, Clarence "Hap" Calvert, Darlene Legg, Mildred Murphy and Nellie Tonelle.
He is survived by: his son William Calvert (Talya) of Clinton, IL; his grandchildren, Quinnie, Zayin and Emerald Calvert; his stepchildren, Jim Wingo of Taylorville, IL and Bonnie Uptain of Little Rock, AR; and his stepgrandchildren, Kevin, Jon Wingo, Melissa Sullivan and Christy Leach. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
