She was predeceased by: her parents, Joel I. Lewis Sr. and Florence Ilean Pearce Lewis; and her sister Julia Johnson. She is survived by: her children, Roman Gabriel (Rosanne) of Ingleside, Heather Friedrich (Phillip) of Mt. Hope, Christopher Gabriel of Tucson, Gerald Gabriel (Sherri) of Cape May and Angelitta Steinhoff of Alamogordo; her stepson Dale Engelken of Des Moines, Iowa; her grandchildren, Stephanie, Ryan, Ethan, Jackson, Jonah, Phoebe, Alana, Logan, Joshua and Gabriella; and her siblings, Jeralyn Tapp, Jane Frances, Jean Lewis, Judie Wimberley, Joel Lewis Jr., Joetta Lewis, June Dudley, John Lewis, Joyce Morrell and Joan Lewis. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
