She was predeceased by: her parents, Florian J. "Flindy" and Theresa M. DeMichael (Stork); her sisters, Rita Staton and Therese DeMichael; and her daughter Margaret.
She is survived by: her husband Donald Blakeman of Taylorville; her children, John F. Blakeman (Shannon) of Taylorville, Joseph Blakeman of Springfield, Michael Blakeman (Denise) of Taylorville, Daniel Blakeman of Stonington, Thomas Blakeman of Taylorville and Mary "Missy" Wemhoener (Todd) of Belleville; her grandchildren, Lauren Blakeman, John R. Blakeman, Katie Wemhoener, Dustin Blome, Aaron Blome and Ashley Kochniarczyk; and her siblings, Joseph DeMichael (Sue) of Columbia, Ann DeMichael of Springfield and Martha DeMichael of Springfield. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
