He was predeceased by: his mother Carol Higgins (Richards). He is survived by: his father Robert Higgins; his wife Brenda Speagle; his daughter Courtney Masters; his grandchildren, Amelia and Quinn Masters; his sister Penny Amos (Glen); and his nieces, Ashleigh Green (Jake) and Kayla Willings (Kris).
