She is survived by: her children, Shari Lyn Sutherland of Springfield, IL, Monday Malmberg-Johnson of Palm Harbor, FL, Anthony Vincent Chiavaro II, Janet-Baker Chiavaro of Taylorville, IL and Morgan Malmberg (Sherilyn) of Springfield, IL; her grandchildren, Grant M. Malmberg, Adam L. Johnson and Carlee Mae Malmberg; her great grandchildren, Hannah K. Johnson and Aria F. Johnson; her sister-in-law Peggy Black; her nephews, Robert Black, Tim Black and Glenn Black; her niece Melissa Black-Hill; her friends, Sharon Younker, George Newberry and Marta Banks; and her nephew Collin Shoemaker.
