Margaret P. Gannaway Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 17, 2019, at the age of 89, Margaret P. Gannaway (Taylorville, Illinois), born in Monroe, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Uriah W. Pickens and Emalee Pickens (Gruber); her husband Donald L. Gannaway; and her siblings, Uriah W. Pickens, Jr. and Thelma Arthur.

She is survived by: her children, Donna Reynolds (Carl) of Irving, IL, Doug Gannaway (Sandy), Edward Gannaway of Raymond, IL, Lisa Grover (Greg) of Stonington, IL and Eric Gannaway (Lisa) of Plainfield, IN; and her grandchildren, Nick Gannaway, Samantha Shannon (Michael), C. J. Gannaway, Jenna Gannaway and Caleb Grover. She is also survived by numerous step grandchildren, step great grandchildren & step great-great grandchildren and several nieces & nephews.

Memorials in Margaret's honor may be made to the Samaritan's Purse or the Alzheimer's Association.
