He was predeceased by: his parents, Hobert DeLay and Agness DeLay (Seward); his spouse Beverly Ann Brown; and his brother David DeLay. He is survived by: his sons, Brent DeLay (Michelle) of Taylorville, IL, Kent DeLay, Randy Stieren of Palmer, IL, Honorary and Danny Quimby of Clinton, IL; his grandchildren, Emilee DeLay of Springfield, IL, Devon DeLay (Miranda Henson) and Marisa DeLay (Jessica) of Springfield, IL; and his brother Francis DeLay (Karen) of Rochester, IL. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
