He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank L. Repscher and Dorothy G. Repscher (Reber); and his niece Kiley Beckmier. He is survived by: his wife Janice Repscher of Taylorville, IL; his siblings, Melvin Repscher (Rita) of Taylorville, Frank Repscher (Barbara) of Kihei, HI and Sherry Repscher; and his pets, Ben and Cooper. He is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
