He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred M. Skinner and Etta Skinner (Hunter); and his siblings, Loyd Skinner, Loretta Mae Skinner, Wayne H. Skinner and Melvin Skinner.
He is survived by: his sister-in-law Joyce Skinner of Pocahontas. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
