She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Bowers (Talbert); and her former husband Sean L. Armstrong. She is survived by: her father Orville Bowers of Girard, IL; her fiancé Phillip E. Rogers of Taylorville, IL; her brother Michael W. Bowers of Girard, IL; and her aunt Sandra Talbert of Virden, IL.
