She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Harmon and Amy Matilda Freese (Hackl); her former husbands, Charles Douglas Alvey Sr. and John William Kader; her sister Billie Whitby; and her granddaughter Elizabeth Faith Alvey.
She is survived by: her children, Charles D. Alvey Jr. (Mary) of Taylorville, IL, Scott Alvey of Taylorville, IL, Linda Lou Hooper (Ken) of Blue Mound, IL and Amy M. Taylor (Brian) of Taylorville, IL; her grandchildren, Jesse Lynn Tullis (Julie), Tyrel Tullis (Shelly), Ken Hooper (Brittany), Christopher Hooper, John Hooper and Ashley Alvey; and her sister Anita Moore of Lincoln, IL. She is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
