He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur T. "Cotton" and Loraine E. Paine (Williams); his son Kevin Paine; his sisters, Joyce Clements and Donna L. Paine; and his nieces, Paula and Shirley Clements.
He is survived by: his wife Sandy Paine of Taylorville; his children, Kyle Paine (Kayla) of Taylorville, Kristin Jameson (Chris) of Taylorville and Katelyn Paine of Taylorville; his grandchildren, Alexus, Dontrell, Alizabeth, Kianna, Kylie, Oliver and Connor; his brother Art Paine, Jr. (Renee) of Morrisonville; and his brother-in-law Donald Clements, Sr. of Morrisonville.
