With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Jay Lanzotti of Taylorville, Illinois, who passed away on August 12, 2022 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Lanzotti Sr. and Catherine A. Lanzotti (Seward); his brothers, Terry and James; and his brother-in-law Geno A. DiPietro (Tony).
He is survived by: his siblings, Alberta DiPietro Taylorville, Frank Lanzotti, Jr. (Pamela) and Victor (Kathy); and his nieces and nephews, Catherine Robertson (Darrell), Julie Lilly, Leanne Lanzotti Urbina, Nicole Lanzotti Davis, Anthony Lanzotti, Andrew Lanzotti and Benjamin Lanzotti of Hutto, TX. He is also survived by great-great nieces and nephews, many cousins, and his family.
Memorials in John's memory may be made to Lee Court, which was John's home for many years, c/o Christian County Mental Health Association, 707 McAdam Dr., Taylorville.
