He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ludwig and Catherine Louise Bogan, Sr. (Pekol); and his stepson Kevin Charles Minnis. He is survived by: his former wife Elizabeth Alice Minnis (Shehan); his wife Elizabeth Alice Bogan of Taylorville, IL; and his stepdaughters, Dr. Denise DeNell Bader of Litchfield, IL and Sylvia Suzanne Minnis-Woebling (Eric). He is also survived by 5 step-grandchildren.
