He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Hough and Helen Hough (Williams). He is survived by: his former wife Kathleen Puglisi; his wife Kathi Hough of Taylorville; his children, Trina Tullis (Brad) of Taylorville and Brandon "Chub" Hough (Holly) of St. Louis; his grandchildren, Shelby Hough (Joey Wetstein), Jenny Tullis and Jonathan Tullis; and his brother Hank Hough of Tennessee.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Pulmonary Rehabilitation Department at Taylorville Memorial Hospital.
