He is survived by: his parent Carole Franklin (Hoffland); his son Jesse Eric Franklin of Grand Forks, ND; his father Jesse Thomas Franklin (Lucille) of Taylorville, IL; his half-sisters, Christine and Terri Jo; and his stepsisters, Vickie Williams (Jerry) of Rochester, IL, Kim McGriff (Pat) of Murphysboro, IL and Several. He is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews and aunts.
