The memory of Jeff DeClerck of Taylorville, Illinois, who passed away on October 9, 2024 at the age of 63, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Francis and Anna Louise DeClerck (Matthews); and his sisters-in-law, Paula DeClerck and Cindy DeClerck. He is survived by: his daughters, Courtney Puccetti (Dan) of Kincaid, Ryan McGrath (Mike) of Lisle and Mallory DeClerck (Aaron Samson) of Taylorville; his grandchildren, Colton, Cambelle, Hunter, Hudson, Henry, Domynik and Camdyn; and his siblings, David DeClerck, Cindy Ryan (Butch), Bobby DeClerck, Brad DeClerck and Jacque Willison (Jack). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Memorials may be made to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research or the Edinburg High School Boys Basketball team.
