He was predeceased by: his father James L. Fagan. He is survived by: his mother Delores Fagan (Legg) of Taylorville; his wife Patricia Fagan of Taylorville; his daughter Elizabeth Fagan (Rebecca McDaniel) of Lincoln; his grandchildren, Oliver Hirstein, Isabella Eder and Brynn Eder; and his friend Daniel Crowder.
