He is survived by: his daughter Rebecca Cook; his stepsons, Andy and Corey Shanks; his grandchildren, Clarissa Bryant, Jace Mollet, Alicia Gold (Casey), Stephanie Rackley and Brandon Boyd (Rebecka); his great grandchildren, Lillian Rackley, Kiana Henley, Colton Gold, Autumn, Brandon and Cody Boyd; his sister Carolyn Koke; his niece Tracey Ridgeway; and his nephew Bob Williams.
