He is survived by: his wife Mary Stephens of Taylorville, IL; his children, Joshua Stephens (Debbie) of Taylorville, IL, Kyla Anthony (Brandon) of North Carolina, Jacob Stephens of Taylorville, IL, Lacey Stephens of Taylorville, IL and Lauren Suhre of Taylorville; his children-in-law, Keith Ruyle and Katie Grundy; his parents-in-law, Jody Hogge and Jerry Hogge; his grandchildren, Levi, Logan, Lane, Landon Ruyle, Austin, Lucas, Alex, Dylan, Drake, Kessa and Libby Stephens; his great grandchildren, Kynsleigh and Lincoln Ruyle; and his brother Randy Stephens of Litchfield, IL. He is also survived by sisters and brothers-in-law, and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
