She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Wells and Alma Wells (Schmelzer); her husband Clarence "Pat" Gruen; and her siblings, Robert "Bob" Wells (Dolores), Eloise Smith (Bill) and Ann Louise Haywood.
She is survived by: her sister H. Joyce Kelley (Don) of Taylorville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 19th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Taylorville United Methodist Church (200 S Walnut St, Taylorville, IL 62568). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, September 19th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
