He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe J Slovick and Connie J Hoelscher (Ward); and his sister Sandra Krueger. He is survived by: his wife Carol Slovick; his children, Valerie Lawhorn of Mattoon, IL, Wade Slovick of Taylorville, IL and Trevor Slovick of Carbondale, IL; and his stepchildren, Malorie Bergschneider of Taylorville, IL, Brieanne Brown (Breydon) of Taylorville, IL and Brad Bergschneider of Taylorville, IL. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to Sutton Memorial Home to assist the family with expenses.
