He is survived by: his wife Betty L. Creasy of Taylorville, IL; his children, Scott Allen Creasy (Shawna) of Richmond Hill, GA, Steven Andrew Creasy (Trisha) of Abingdon, IL, Amy Sue Nall (Terry) of Burnt Corn, AL and Stacy Ann Brown (Albert) of Taylorville, IL; and his siblings, James Creasy (Becky) of LaHarpe, IL, David Creasy (Debbie) of Macomb, IL, Patricia Smith (Larry) of LaHarpe, IL, Lisa Utter (Greg) of Illinois and Susan Henson (John) of Colmar, IL. He is also survived by Grandchildren; three Great-Grandchildren.
