She was predeceased by: her parents, Merl L Welch and Meda Kelley Welch; her husband Glenn Haines Jr.; her brothers, Merl (Bud) and Glenn E Welch; and her sisters-in-law, Eileen Welch and Janet Welch.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Beverly Welch; and her nieces and nephews, Denise Welch, Debbie Welch, Darcey Linnenburger (Steve), Cheryl Culbertson (Dave), Kathi Schilling (Steve), Dennis Welch (Patti), Brad Welch, David Welch (Ayten) and Mike Welch (Brenda).
Memorials may be made to the Taylorville First United Methodist Church or the Taylorville Food Pantry.
