He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Walters and Ruby Fern Walters (Smith); and his wife Ilene Rose Fisher. He is survived by: his children, Susan Kemplin (Randy) of LeRoy, IL and Steve Walters (Rhonda) of Taylorville, IL; his grandchildren, Mick Schaub, Blake Walters (Kate), Morgan Schuab, Ashlee Kemplin and Crystal Kemplin; and his brother David Walters (Carol) of Florida.
